President Obama made some bold statements at this year’s National Prayer Breakfast in Washington, DC recently and it’s important that Christians have a right perspective. Many are quick to be offended by his comments about the Crusades, but are they true?

Several “camps” exist within professing Christianity and even unbelievers regarding Muslims today. Some believe that we must embrace all faiths as equal and that Christians and Muslims are compatible. Some of us are just waiting for our Muslim neighbor or coworker to become militant and jihadist. Others will defend Islam and say that these radical extremists misrepresent Islam and that it’s a religion of peace.
