It’s no longer “good enough” to come to church on Sunday mornings, sit in the pew or chair and expect to be spoon fed or entertained for 90 minutes. Sometimes ministry leaders feel that this is what their jobs have become, as they try to proclaim the Gospel and glorify Christ. Today we are talking about leadership in the Church, and how to best serve our leaders by loving them, supporting them, and challenging them to run this race as well as possible.
Our discussion looks at what we should expect from our leaders, what we definitely should NOT expect, and what we should all be providing those who serve the Church. Joining us today is Jeff Strommen, who ministers to youth not only in his church but through our organization with HopeNet360, a ministry that provides a safe place online and loving support for youth who are struggling.
