Troy Baeber and his wife, Jana

After much prayer, he decided to focus his energy toward introducing young people to mission aviation. His goal was to create a program that was more affordable, had a deep relationship and ministry focus, and that could be a bridge between school and the mission agency. M.A.P. (Missionary Aviation Program), is that four-year program designed to instruct those who are called into the Mission Aviation field.   Troy and his wife, Jana, have three young sons: Tate, Seth, and Wyat. They reside in Lily, Wisconsin.
