Today we’re covering several new stories of faith-based persecution in the west. Canadians, Americans and other governments are cracking down on Christian businesses, churches and non-profits, just because of their Christian faith. Later on we’ll share a story: Florida official tells Christian charity to choose between Jesus and cheese!
One of the easiest ways the world is persecuting Christians – or at least those who believe that the Bible is the inerrant truth of God to His people – is to intentionally target those who don’t go along with the secular agenda to use the media, schools and the government to systematically deconstruct the truth of the Bible for our next generation.
This week we’ve been sharing about Christian groups who DO conform and are part of the change-agents who are pushing the agenda forward: NALT Christians (“Not All Like That”), The Christian Left, Matthew Vines’ Reformation Project, and MANY more.
One of the ways they are doing this is making homosexuality a cause – a civil rights issue – rather than one of many sins that offends a holy God. So when we are in those situations having conversations with the world and even in the visible church, how do we defend and contend for the truth?
Joining us in our first segment is political pundit Robert Meyer. Robert writes for Renew America, and two of his latest articles are, Modern “equality” activism unlike civil rights movement, and, Cultural deconstruction of Christianity.
