Linda Harvey

Mission:America

In 1995, Linda Harvey founded Mission:America, a non-profit organization whose objective is to equip Christians with current, accurate information about cultural issues such as feminism, homosexuality, education, and New Age influences.

Linda is an author, speaker and radio host who has reported on sexual identity politics for twenty years. Raised in a liberal home, Linda became a Christian and changed her mind and heart about some of the most volatile issues of our time. A former teacher who became an advertising executive, then head of a Christian pro-family group, Linda has been interviewed by media outlets from coast to coast. Since 2009, she has been the host of the Mission America radio show broadcast throughout Ohio.

In a couple days parts of the United States will experience a rare event:  a total eclipse of the sun for a few minutes.  While rare occurrences, these have happened many times throughout history; and some are calling this a fulfilled prophecy or a “sign from God” that something critical is about to happen. Opinions vary from a warning of Gods judgment to a sign of the approaching rapture of believers.  Some are telling people to lighten up and stop reading something into a normal event.  We’ll look at what some Christian leaders are saying about the eclipse.

We also check in with author and talk radio host, Linda Harvey of Mission America.  We discuss the LGBT agenda and the speed of the transgender movement, the hypocrisy of the left, as well as reactions to the KKK and protests in Virginia.

What Doctors Tell Kids Behind Closed Doors

Friends of ours related a chilling incident that happened to their teen son.

Visiting a family physician for a school sports’ physical, the boy was asked by the doctor, ”So, are you attracted to girls, to boys, or both?”

Stunned, the boy replied, “To girls,” and later recounted this exchange to his parents.

It’s becoming standard medical practice to approach homosexuality and bisexuality as normal.

And it’s common for adolescent patients to be counseled separately from parents during an office visit so a private conversation can occur about sexual practices, contraception, condoms and other “needs.”

Why this elitist social engineering of other people’s children? Parental control can be a child’s enemy, so the thinking goes, sometimes motivated by ignorance, fear and repression. Child emancipation/separation tactics are being pushed everywhere in medicine, as they are in public education.

“They” know what’s best for your kids.

What is the Biblical Significance of the Upcoming Solar Eclipse? 8 Christian Leaders Explain

It’s eugenics in Iceland – not ‘eradication’ – aborting Down syndrome babies

“We don’t look at abortion as a murder. We look at it as a thing that we ended. We ended a possible life that may have had a huge complication … preventing suffering for the child and for the family. And I think that is more right than seeing it as a murder – that’s so black and white. Life isn’t black and white. Life is grey.”
