Mary welcomes Ted Greenfield to discuss the wild ride that his life has been. Ted is the founder and director of Invisible Angels, a nonprofit organization providing air transportation for survivors of human trafficking. A commercial pilot, he retired from the FAA in spring 2025, where he served as multimedia producer, creating safety messaging and training for air traffic controllers and pilots. Prior to that he served as a senior instructional systems designer contractor at Lockheed Martin and managing editor for Voice of America’s Learning English. In reading this memoir, you get the distinct impression that while us humans focus on the various ministries God gives us, He is equally interested in perfecting, testing, stretching and refining us. That is often lost on us fragile humans, but in this transparent and honest recounting, that is both painfully and joyfully obvious. Ted talks with us about a lifetime of working, waiting and watching for the hand of the Lord.
