Many experts would say Bible prophecy is unfolding today as we are seeing a convergence of signs and events like never before in world history. The decay of culture, politics, world unrest, wars, chaotic weather patterns, disease, Middle East turmoil, and apostasy in the Christian church for starters!

TODAY’S GUEST is pastor, elder, and teacher, John Haller. John is known for his weekly prophecy updates, but he has also been a trial lawyer for almost 40 years, and lives in Columbus, Ohio. In 2013, John and his wife Pam helped start Fellowship Bible Chapel where he is an elder and pastor. His prophecy updates are available on the FBC YouTube channel and cover Bible prophecy, discernment, apologetics and worldview issues.

What did John mean when he mentioned increasing, “cognitive dissonance“? [Websters] noun; the state of having inconsistent thoughts, beliefs, or attitudes, especially as relating to behavioral decisions and attitude change.”

SEGMENT 1: Who was Phil Haney and why was he murdered? Haney, DHS officer, discovered Obama operatives scrubbing important national security information from intelligence files – data exposing Islam as a verifiable threat to America. He was working on a new book.

In his first book, See Something, Say Nothing, Phil Haney writes:

One day after a prominent U.S. Muslim leader reacted to the November 2015 Paris attacks with a declaration that the Islamic State, also known as ISIS, has nothing to do with Islam, President Obama made the same assertion. Who exactly is the enemy we face, not only in the Middle East but also within our borders?

Haney shows why it’s imperative that Americans demand that when they see something and say something, the servants under their charge do something to prevent a cunning, relentless enemy from carrying out its stated aim to “destroy Western Civilization from within.”

SEGMENT 2: Coronavirus – what is going on? Is it bad? What’s the takeaway on this?

SEGMENT 3: Israel & U.S. elections (these two are related); Middle EastSyria, refugees, UN response, Trump peace plan

Excerpt from WSJ article on Israel, Middle East (link below):

The internal weakening has been made worse by external developments. The Palestinian cause used to be the great standard of Arab nationalism, uniting Arab police states in their rejection of Israel. But Saddam Hussein’s Iraq is by now a distant memory. Bashar Assad presides over rubble in Syria. Moammar Gadhafi’s Libya is broken up. Egypt is Israel’s strategic partner, enforcing its own partial blockade of Gaza.

It has fallen to Iran and Turkey to continue the Palestinian fight. Iran supplies the missiles that enable its clients in Lebanon and Gaza to threaten Israel. Turkey offers Hamas a haven and pursues a “soft war” in Jerusalem, investing in property, nongovernmental organizations and projects intended to reverse the normalization of Israeli rule.
