TODAY’S GUEST:  Dr. Andy Woods, author, pastor and teacher at Sugar Land Bible Church in Texas, President of Chafer Theological Seminary, and founder of Andy Woods Ministries. A few of his books include The Coming KingdomThe Falling Away, Ever Reforming, and The Middle East Meltdown.

We discuss the Senate confirmation process of President Trump’s Supreme Court nominee, Amy Coney Barrett, the big lie of keeping ‘church and state’ separate; we debate the productivity of presidential debates, and discuss the importance of religious freedom and an originalist approach to the U.S. Constitution.

It’s the ancient battle between what the founders intended versus the ‘evolving document’ theory to the United States Constitution (taught in most laws schools today). The left opposes constitutional jurists for the simple reason that they’ve been able to pass their progressive agenda through liberal appointments of the unelected judiciary.

This will help explain today’s approach of obstructionist Democrats: “A lot of things that are Constitutional are stupid.” – Left-wing Harvard law professor Laurence Tribe.
