Putin Signs Law Effectively Making Himself ‘President For Life’
On Monday, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a law that would allow him to run for two additional terms, potentially giving him power in the country until 2036.
The constitutional changes were voted on last year and included a part that allowed Putin to run for two more terms by resetting his term limits. The legislature, controlled by the Kremlin, approved the adjustment and Putin signed the relevant law. The law was posted to an official portal of legal information on Monday, as reported by the Associated Press.
Polish Pastor Who Kicked Police Out Of Church Speaks Out: ‘Just like The Communists,’ ‘A Repetition Of History’
Video went viral this weekend of a Polish pastor in Canada booting some six police officers and health officials from his house of worship as they were seemingly trying to shut down a Passover service over COVID-19 lockdown restrictions.
The pastor in the video, Artur Pawlowski, notably called the officials “Nazis” and the “Gestapo,” the secret police of Nazi Germany, and told them not to come back without a warrant.

Social media was abuzz Monday with a video of a Spirit Airlines flight attendant rebuking a pregnant mother, her husband, and their special needs son because their 2-year-old daughter was eating a snack without a mask.
The flight attendant sternly told the Jewish couple — who were wearing face coverings — they were in “non-compliance” with mask mandates. The airline staffer said their 2-year-old needed to be wearing a mask.
“We’re done talking,” she said. “The pilot wants you off.”
