Even though there’s plenty of chaos, division, and civil unrest, we are reminded here in America how blessed this country has been through history as we look at Nigeria and harsh persecution of Christians going on there continually. We get a perspective check in segment 1. We also look at the news and how the city of Seattle has been invaded by anarchists and radicals – and there is much public pressure to conform to the left and blindly follow the activists. We discuss why this is wrong.Read More
Today’s guest is international correspondent, Alex Newman with The New American and The Newman Report. We discuss racism, riots, radicals, and redemption through Christ; the rotten fruit we’re seeing from the anti-Christian government school system in America.Read More
This decision could be a precedent future groups can take to court. One small battle has been won but the war continues. I’m hoping, but not holding my breath to see if other American universities will follow suit and take the hostility against Christianity down a notch. Or at least just treat everyone equally even if you don’t agree with them. And that’s something we can all work on.Read More
There can be no doubt the rules of cultural engagement for Christians is changing rapidly – especially as we attempt to share our faith and live our lives. Just the mere mention of the Bible or the word “Christian” conjures up accusations of being an intolerant bigot, homophobe, and hater.
What do we do as Christian witnesses who are instructed to be salt and light in the world?
Today Mike and David take a comprehensive look at the controversy surrounding New Orleans Saints QB Drew Brees who is being criticized from all angles over his recent support of the national campaign, “Bring Your Bible to School Day” (Oct. 3). Brees also responded to the criticism he received from cultural bullies and LGBTQ advocates as well as the Christian Community.Read More
Change is sometimes abrupt and immediate, but more often it is comprised of a slow erosion over time as little by little truth is replaced with opinions and emotions. The serious decline of Christianity in America is the result of decades of subtle changes in what has been and is currently being taught in public education, what is presented in media, and from pulpits that often seem more interested in placating culture instead of speaking God’s truth and shining the light of Christ truth into it.Read More
Jesus taught that the greatest commandment was that we love the Lord our God with all our heart, mind and soul. In today’s busy, fast-paced world there are many things bombarding us, fighting for our hearts and minds; distractions that take us away from glorifying and enjoying God. What are some of these distractions? Money, social media, politics, leisure, and entertainment just to name a few. And every one of these can demand our attention, passion, or loyalty. Some will go to great lengths to assure that they become the “masters” of our lives.
John Loeffler of Steel on Steel radio joins Mike and David to look at the power behind the institutions that vie for our attention and loyalty these days.Read More
On Fridays we discuss your comments and answer your questions – always looking to God’s Word. Several of you have written in about potential gun control laws and the possible threat of disarming the general public. Should Christians obey such a law? Also:
When pastors tell too many stories or analogies during a sermon, does it take away from God’s Word?
Christian parents needing advice for daughter with an influential lesbian friend.
The Jewish concept of “Minyan”- not “minion” as used in different contexts.
A man overhears women undermining the spiritual authority of their husbands.
Are we on the verge of Christian persecution in America and are Christians and churches prepared spiritually?

In spite of all the violence in America, and a growing hatred for God and His Word, we are still very blessed as Christians to be Americans because of the religious freedoms we have. That could be changing. But we have not yet suffered to the point of torture or death for our faith in Jesus Christ.
The same cannot be said for millions of Christians suffering around the world, whose very freedom and life are in danger because of their faith in Jesus Christ. Todd Nettleton of Voice of the Martyrs joins us to look at our brothers and sisters in Christ around the world who remain faithful to Jesus despite imprisonment, torture and even martyrdom. Will we be as
faithful to Christ if and when it comes to our shores?
To those of us who are older, seasoned Christians perhaps, we see an America today little like we experienced growing up. Certainly there were problems throughout our history, but nothing like we witness today. Moral decay, including the murder of 60,000,000 million children through abortion; a public education system that is in lock step with anti-god globalists; a media with no sniff of objectivity and in the tank for the far left; as well as a political party, the Democrats, that has completely sold out to global corporate interests and the radical LBGTQ lobby.
We live in a nation where both our religious freedoms and right to bear arms are increasingly under attack.
Pastor and best-selling author, Carl Gallups joins us to discuss just where America might be headed. He brings a unique perspective as a pastor, biblical scholar, and former Law Enforcement Official. Where are we headed and can this slide toward totalitarian government be averted? If not, what are the responsibilities of disciples of Jesus Christ toward a government that sees us as a threat to its power?Read More
This morning Mike and Crash read your comments and answer your questions using God’s Word. Our discussion this week with John Loeffler and Gary Kah have sparked discussion on how professing Christian Churches will respond to discrimination, pressure and persecution.
The Hebrew Roots Movement, “experiencing God” and “SOZO” type ministries are also discussed.Read More
It would be a tragic mistake to think that the seismic lurch to the far left by radical politic leaders in our nation is either temporary, isolated or without spiritual motivation. Rather than a political movement, radical Liberalism is part of a movement bent on uniting the world around global humanism, turning our backs on God. And the Word of God warns us of this tragedy as Jesus prepares to return to judge the nations.
Gary Kah of Hope For the World joins Mike and Crash today to discuss how the radical liberal movement in the U.S. is tied to godless globalism, and how Christianity is its number one threat and target.Read More
We know that the testing of our faith produces strength and endurance. Most of us can use a perspective check as we live comfortable lives in a free republic. But we know it won’t always be this way, so how do we prepare for persecution?Read More
The church in America is not the same church that began in Jerusalem. We have become domesticated. What can we do to get back to biblical Christianity instead of being worried about being “relevant” and seeker sensitive?Read More
TODAY’S GUESTS: Elijah Abraham and Chris Quintana are in studio to discuss several important topics including how the nation and church have changed since COVID 19. We knew America and the world would never be the same – we just didn’t know exactly how. We also discuss Christian maturity, the importance of uncompromising preaching, and whose lives matter to God.Read More
Today’s podcast is not for the faint of heart. Will you take a stand for righteousness and truth or cave to culture? The war is on. The battle is real, the players are moving, spiritual warfare is intensifying. Understand the times we’re living in, friends. Trust God, pray, vote biblical values and speak the truth!
Truth must never be sacrificed for the sake of perceived “unity.” Why are we allowing an anti-Christ, secular society to influence us more than we as Christians influence others? This is a problem. Is your pastor addressing the state of America and what’s happening today? How about you?Read More
