Dr. Ben Carson once stated, “I would not advocate that we put a Muslim in charge of this nation… I do not believe Sharia Law is consistent with the Constitution of this country.” Muslims have been elected to the U.S. Congress as well as local offices across the country, and the most recent Muslims elected have been sworn in by placing their hand on a Qu’ran rather then the Bible. Is that a problem?

Yesterday’s news of the tragic death of basketball superstar, Kobe Bryant, shocked millions as it often does when someone famous dies. It reminds me of Psalm 90:12, a request for God to “teach us to number our days that we might gain a heart of wisdom.”

President Trump just attended the World Economic Forum and told the audience most Americans reject the prophets of doom who predicted overpopulation in the 1960s, mass starvation in the 1970s, and the end of oil in the 1990s. The President also summarized their goals, saying: “These alarmists always demand the same thing: Absolute power to dominate, transform, and control every aspect of our lives,”

The gospel must be preached without compromise to those who are perishing or they cannot be saved. We know the truth of Christianity is not popular today and the world would rather turn to Satan and eventually, the anti-Christ for solutions to the crisis coming upon the earth.
Boys and Girls are different. Fifty years ago we wouldn’t have to clarify what we mean by this or defend this simple truth. And yet, there is a clear agenda by the Left, including Hollywood and the media to downplay masculinity. Gender roles and distinctions are being blurred at best and erased at worst. Is this by design, meaning, is there an agenda against men and boys?
As our culture heads further away from God, it makes sense that more people are also rejecting truth. This often leads to attacks on those of us who believe in and who represent the God of truth. God speaks very clearly in Scripture on the subject of human life and the value of the unborn. It’s quite confusing why some Christians are still open to exceptions on abortion and others are proudly pro-choice. Even science and biology provide evidence for human life in the womb.
We know at conception, a person’s complete DNA is present – separate from the mother – and we know when a baby’s heart starts beating, when their organs are developed, and that babies can feel pain in the womb at 20 weeks. But today, we’re looking closely at the issue of rape victims and their children.
