Jill Martin Rische: Kingdoms, Cults & Demons – Oh My!

Cults, deceptions, satanism, and the supernatural. Where do we start? How about in the Christian church? We are warned to come out from among them and be separate. Most of us would admit that the increasing spiritual darkness today goes hand in hand with the landslide of immorality and rebellion against God. Interest in demons, the occult, witchcraft, and the paranormal have never been so high.

We expect these things to be popular in a pagan society and among those who don’t know God. But what we are seeing more and more is the church opening up its door to one or more of these deceptions. Linda Harvey: Sexual Corruption in Education and Culture

Our culture is in a state of chaos. From young children being taught they can be whatever gender they choose, to adults being too busy or overwhelmed to deal with the onslaught of propaganda against Christians, biblical values, and religious freedom; something must change before it’s too late.

Linda Harvey writes: “Truth is critical to a dying patient, and America is gravely ill. All that can save her is all that has ever been able to save her–the blood of Jesus Christ. But when will comfortable Christians proclaim this truth to the nation? What will it take for the church to return to its first love?

Juan Valdez: Critical Thinking, Culture Wars, and Apologetics

People often ask fair questions about faith, God, the Bible, or about truth. Today’s youth are no different. Can you really know God, does absolute truth exist, if God is love why is there evil, do Christians live by blind faith? And many other honest questions.

But there’s a problem. Too often, believers in Christ do not have good, thoughtful answers for them. Are we equipped to answer these questions let alone help today’s young people for the spiritual and cultural battles they face every day?

Jay Seegert on Creation vs Evolution

The universe reveals a complexity, design, and magnificence that staggers the imagination, and logic shows us that life could not have appeared by some random, spontaneous process. Evidence seems to point to a master plan and an intelligent being; such intricate, organized design must have come from a Designer.

The theory of evolution however, has been generally accepted by the scientific community and academia, and taught as fact in most public schools across America.

Pastor Andy Woods: What is ‘Kingdom Now’ Theology

Since it’s important to address subtle deceptions in the church (and some not so subtle), we’re going a bit deeper today to tackle a teaching that affects what Christians believe about the kingdom of God. But many do not realize it. A few questions we’ll answer are: If the kingdom of Jesus Christ is coming soon, what do we do with our time here on earth in terms of working for the Lord’s purposes? And what exactly is ‘Kingdom Now’ theology?

Radical Truth: Islam, Muhammad, & Middle East History

Do we understand the true history of Islam? At the turn of the 8th century, the Middle East was 95% Christian. Today, it is less than 6% Christian. WHAT HAPPENED? Muslims are now being elected to the U.S. Congress. Many were appointed by the Obama administration. What about freedom of religion – is it for all faiths? What about the U.S. Constitution? Is America’s system of government compatible with Sharia Law? Hear the “Radical Truth” on today’s podcast with Tony Gurule.

Mike Gendron: The True Gospel, Tradition, and Catholic Church History

Why so many religions and denominations? Nearly one in five people worldwide identify with the Roman Catholic Church. Many are serious practitioners while others have no idea what their church’s teachings include. But it is a very popular religion that feeds the need many people have to rely on good works. The problem is they miss the importance of the authority of Scripture, the true gospel, and justification by faith. Today’s guest is author and evangelist, Mike Gendron.
