Who are the Nephilim?
Genesis 6:1-4 are very controversial verses to many Christians. They deal with a group called the “Nephilim” and they have been the center of controversy and various biblical interpretations for thousands of years.
Tim Chaffey has written a new book on these fascinating creatures, attempting to answer many questions Christians have about the Nephilim. Were they fallen angels or simply sinful men? What did they do and why? And if they are fallen angels have we heard the last from them?

Are We Being Conditioned to Hate Each Other?
The Bible tells us the one thing that should distinguish God’s people from the world is our love of Him and one another. We are taught to not only love one another as Christians, but to forgive our enemies, pray for them, and never respond to hatred with hatred. We are to be a unique and holy people, separate from the ways and teachings of this world.
But that is not what Satan and this world wants. It is taunting us, hoping to provoke us toward anger and hatred, so they can say that we Christians are just as bad as them. Once the light of the world is neutralized what is to stop the world’s march toward evil?
John Loeffler of Steel on Steel radio joins Mike LeMay and Crash Connell this morning to discuss how we are being conditioned to hate rather than love, and how we can avoid this trap.
Rampant Evil Against God’s People
In Romans 1, Paul warns that people who reject the truth of God are turned over to a reprobate mind to do unspeakable evil. Mike and David discuss three examples of growing evil against Christians in China, Africa and India, and discuss how long it might be before that evil spreads to the U.S. and threatens Christians here.
We also talk with Pastor Frank Figueroa of Reasons For Hope Ministry on the challenges of reaching the people of Hawaii with the gospel, and talk about how our difficult challenges are God’s way of strengthening and preparing us for the work He has given us.

The Dangers and Challenges in Sharing the Gospel
Sharing the gospel in foreign lands has always been difficult, but these days there are challenges that are making the task increasingly difficult and dangerous. Radical Islam has been emboldened by ruthless leaders and a media willfully silent on its evil actions. Even within missionary circles there seems to be confusion on how best to share the gospel, making the task all the more difficult.

Uh Oh: A Middle East Peace Plan in the Works
For Christians seeking to understand the last days, fewer things grab our attention than talk of a Middle East Peace Plan between Israel and her enemies. Many believe Daniel chapter 9 talks about a seven year peace treaty between Anti-Christ and Israel that will usher in the final countdown to the return of Jesus to judge all men and nations.
President Trump is unveiling his “Deal of the Century,” aimed at bringing peace between Israel and her enemies, and many in the Christian community are watching to see if it is eventually accepted and implemented. But before we get the cart before the horse, let’s take a look at the practicality of the plan being acceptable to all parties concerned. And remember, even if a peace plan is eventually signed that doesn’t mean it is the peace treaty Daniel prophesies. There have been others before this.

Growing Acceptance of Marxism in Churches
As American Christianity generally bends over backwards to be seen as “loving” to the world, we have seen secular culture extend its influence within the church. From the social justice movement to the powerful LGBTQ lobby, we see more and more churches accommodating things of this world directly contradictory to the Bible. And now, with another presidential election on the horizon we are seeing an enhanced push for the church to embrace something that is directly opposed to the Bible: Marxist Socialism.
Mike and David look at the growth of socialist ideals within professing Christianity and why this is ominous and dangerous to the church.
