How should the church respond?
So much could be said about the current state of our culture, but the premise of this conversation is America has gotten off track because we have abandoned truth, denied God, and expelled His laws from the public square. The Gospel is the cure, love is the answer, and a biblical worldview is absolutely necessary!Read More
For too long, too many people think of abortion as merely a “political” or a “social” issue”. Some suggest it only falls under the category of privacy: a woman’s medical decision “between her and her Doctor”. But the reality is we are talking about life or death for an innocent baby created by God in His image. Wisconsin Right to Life is one of the most prestigious, efficient pro-life organizations in our nation. Mike and David are joined by Heather Weininger, executive director of Wisconsin Right to Life to discuss pro-life issues as well as the September 24 Green Bay dinner and reception for the Veritas Society.

There can be no doubt the rules of cultural engagement for Christians is changing rapidly – especially as we attempt to share our faith and live our lives. Just the mere mention of the Bible or the word “Christian” conjures up accusations of being an intolerant bigot, homophobe, and hater.
What do we do as Christian witnesses who are instructed to be salt and light in the world?
Today Mike and David take a comprehensive look at the controversy surrounding New Orleans Saints QB Drew Brees who is being criticized from all angles over his recent support of the national campaign, “Bring Your Bible to School Day” (Oct. 3). Brees also responded to the criticism he received from cultural bullies and LGBTQ advocates as well as the Christian Community.Read More
In segment 1, we have a discussion about what so-called Liberal Christianity is and how it is infecting a growing number of churches and denominations. We connect with author Dan Jensen. His excellent book is titled A False Kind of Christianity.
As we see more young people and leaders abandoning the Christian faith, it is important we assess their thought process and motives in doing so. (They are taking some followers with them and away from the truth.) To simply argue about whether or not they were ever truly converted believers can be unproductive.
The reality is that many younger people either want nothing to do with historical, Biblical Christianity or they are finding churches and denominations that are redefining and diluting Christian doctrines to line up with their worldly values and philosophies.
In our final segment today Mike and David share a thought-provoking perspective from John Stonestreet of BreakPoint about why this is happening and how we might address it.Read More
While deadly shootings and gang violence continue on the streets of Chicago every weekend, two horrendous mass shootings took place in Ohio and Texas. One man was apparently a radical right-winger and the other a Satanist, Democrat, and radical left-winger. Americans and the media seek answers, but continue to refuse to accept the plain truth: increased evil and lawlessness because the truth of God is being ignored and rejected.Read More
Pastor Carl Gallups joins Mike and David to discuss an article from the Christian Post speculating on what healthy American Churches will look like ten years from now. We start our discussion on this topic assuming we will not yet face open persecution for our Christian beliefs ten years from now. What kind of changes will we see in strong Christian churches in America?Read More
For Christians seeking to understand the last days, fewer things grab our attention than talk of a Middle East Peace Plan between Israel and her enemies. Many believe Daniel chapter 9 talks about a seven year peace treaty between Anti-Christ and Israel that will usher in the final countdown to the return of Jesus to judge all men and nations.
President Trump is unveiling his “Deal of the Century,” aimed at bringing peace between Israel and her enemies, and many in the Christian community are watching to see if it is eventually accepted and implemented. But before we get the cart before the horse, let’s take a look at the practicality of the plan being acceptable to all parties concerned. And remember, even if a peace plan is eventually signed that doesn’t mean it is the peace treaty Daniel prophesies. There have been others before this.
John Loeffler of Steel on Steel Radio joins Mike and David to talk about this as well as continue our discussion from yesterday on Marxism invading American Christianity.Read More
The economy in our nation is doing well and many Americans feel life is pretty good. But there are storms brewing that might threaten to bring more chaos and division to our nation as the underlying social and spiritual fabric of our nation spirals downward.
Democrats seem intent on getting rid of President Trump regardless of the cost, tensions in the Middle East are ratcheting up, and Americans have never been more anxious. Our leaders are unable to set aside their lust for power long enough to address the growing crisis in our nation including the level of political angst and anger. And we have a Christian Church that seems to be dividing right down the same ideological and political lines.
The student of Biblical Prophecy is not surprised at these events, but it does challenge us on how to live as Christians in a decaying culture and world that is aligning itself behind the coming Anti-Christ who will directly oppose God.
Gary Kah of Hope for the World Ministry joins Mike and David to look at the coming political, social and spiritual crisis.Read More

The church in America is not the same church that began in Jerusalem. We have become domesticated. What can we do to get back to biblical Christianity instead of being worried about being “relevant” and seeker sensitive?Read More

Truth must never be sacrificed for the sake of perceived “unity.” Why are we allowing an anti-Christ, secular society to influence us more than we as Christians influence others? This is a problem. Is your pastor addressing the state of America and what’s happening today? How about you?Read More
