After two years of painstaking investigation and more than $25 million in taxpayer costs, Special Investigator Robert Mueller has concluded that, wait for it… President Trump did not collude with Russians to undermine our election system in 2016. Talk about a dramatic “thud.” That should be the end to all this, but as we know, it is just going to continue as liberals will spare no taxpayer expense to undermine the president’s reputation and policies because they refuse to accept the truth. Are we seeing similar scenarios unfold within American Christianity? Despite the Bible’s clear teachings on a variety of “social issues,” a growing number of Christians and churches refuse to accept the truth of God’s Word, choosing to compromise or believe what seems “right” to them.John Loeffler of Steel on Steel Radio joins Mike and David to discuss how opinions are being elevated over facts, in politics, in the media, and even when it comes to doctrine in some Christian churches. We also discuss Canada’s new “Risk Tracking Database” that some feel is a portal to government intervention into private lives and religious beliefs. How long before this might come to America?
Pyrite Christianity in America
Pyrite is a mineral made up primarily of iron that looks like gold, thus it’s nickname of “fool’s gold.” It looks like valuable gold but in reality, it is generally useless and of little to no value.
As America continues celebrating godlessness and too many members of churches fail to look significantly different than the secular culture taking over this nation. A growing number of churches and professing Christians are holding “fool’s gold” thinking it will save them when they stand before Jesus Christ as judge, only to find out what they hold is useless and even abhorrent before our Lord and Savior.
Elijah Abraham is a former Muslim and now born-again believer who travels around the world proclaiming the gospel, teaching pastors, and equipping believers who face constant threats of persecution. He shares insights about what he has witnessed with believers here in America compared to churches in countries where persecution is often a way of life. Elijah points out the lack of maturity, discipleship, and sound doctrine in too many American churches.
Christianity, Relationships, and Society
In our final segment today we look at the increasing evil and godlessness of our world, our nation, and how Christians must stand out as light and salt. Jesus said the greatest commandment is that we love the Lord our God with all our heart, soul, and mind. The second is that we love our neighbor as we love ourselves. Biblical Christianity is all about relationships in a world that is broken, decimated by sin, and needs to be reconciled to God.
How do we as disciples of Jesus Christ develop truthful, loving relationships with other believers as well as those still imprisoned in darkness? Pastor Randy White joins Mike and David to discuss relationships according to the Bible.
Francis Chan: Discerning or Guilty by Association?
The Bible is clear that there will be many false teachers leading people astray in the final years, and many professing Christians will be part of this final apostasy. It also tells us we should avoid anyone who teaches a gospel contrary to the Bible’s teaching. But Paul also tells us to bear with one another as believers; standing up for truth, but also not allowing insignificant divisions to cause problems. The problem is that we are not always clear about what is a significant or insignificant division within Christianity.Francis Chan has been on a very interesting journey over the past few years. He resigned as pastor of the mega-church he founded and went on a personal sabbatical. He has returned and finds himself in a growing controversy surrounding his criticism of American Christianity as well as his recent appearances at IHOP and alongside Todd White and Benny Hinn. Really? So where does Chan really stand on doctrine? Mike, David, and Crash look at the controversy and discuss the difficulties in being discerning Christians without jumping to conclusions or branding those we disagree with a “heretic” or “apostate.”ARTICLES
Ramping Up to a One World Government
Our world is in the midst of a social and political upheaval that is threatening institutions and confusing a lot of people. And many think this is a well planned series of events to lead mankind to seek a “savior” who will bring up peace and tranquility. The Bible warns us of such a man and calls him “Anti-Christ”.
Gary Kah of Hope for the World Ministries joins Mike and Crash to discuss the rapid move toward globalization and how Christians can prepare for the coming persecution the Bible warns us about.
Cracks in Radical Liberalism’s Foundations
We often discuss how radical liberalism is eventually exposed and dismissed because of its obvious self-defeating contradictions. In their zeal to develop more and more “protected classes” of people, they eventually run into a contradiction they cannot reconcile with their attempts to make everyone feel like a victim. This morning we look at liberals and feminists along with conservative women in pushing back against the awful “Equality Act” introduced by House Democrats that would impose national protections and special rights to those who identify as transgender. We also look at a growing number of Catholics who are now considering leaving their church because of the wide ranging sexual abuse scandals within their church. In our first segment we talk with Preston Condra, of Sufficient Word Publishing, about his new book aimed at helping parents explain the gospel to their children and helping them develop a biblical world view as they head into the dangerous waters of public education.

A Difficult Conundrum for Biblical Christians
Christians are in the world but not to be of the world. We are commanded to love all people, even those who are enemies of God. But we are also called to obey God and not man when those are in contradiction. Congress is preparing to pass national anti-discrimination laws mandating that transgenders be given civil rights protections in hiring and services acquired from businesses. This morning, we look at a new survey that shows a majority of professing Christians agree with this proposal.
In our first segment, we look at the most popular questions college students have about God, life and this world with Jane Pantig of Ratio Christi Ministries.
How do we answer their important questions in a way that encourages them to reason and think, hopefully pointing them to the gospel and faith in Jesus Christ?
Mission, Vision Statements and Doctrine
Statements of faith and mission statements go way back to the early centuries of Christianity, staking out clear positions on what Christians believe about the doctrines of God and His Word. But in modern times, growing confusion, ambiguity, and false teachings are more common among the body of Christ than we’d like to admit.Today, we tackle this important issue when it comes to understanding what a particular church or denomination believes as well as what to look for in a good church. Start with the preaching and teaching. Our guest is Pastor Mike Abendroth of No Compromise Radio.
Our Identity as Disciples of Jesus
In Colossians 3:3-4 Paul says “For you have died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God. When Christ, who is your life appears, then you will appear with him in glory”. Paul goes on to say we should put to death what is earthly in us because of our new identity, and put on the characteristics of Christ. In his writings we see what it means to truly be a disciple of Jesus Christ, uniquely set apart from the beliefs, actions and desires of this world.Dave Wager of Nicolet Bible Institute and Silver Birch Ranch joins us as we study Paul’s profound writings in Colossians Chapter 3.
The Abyss of Public Education
God’s Word tells parents to raise their children by teaching them His Word. Believe it or not, the government-run education system in our nation actually started off using God’s Word as a foundation for teaching children about life. But over the past 50 – 75 years it has declined and shifted dramatically, focused now on raising them to be good “global citizens,” and be politically-correct and support the liberal worldview. Public schools today have an anti-Christian agenda, having completely set aside the Bible and Christian worldview.Mike and David look at how all evidence points to the fact the public education system has now become an enemy of God, and how parents can counter its destructive effects on our children. We discuss the Marxist agenda (Antonio Gramsci) and the steady, progressive march through America’s major institutions – starting with academia. As a result, Globalism is being implemented while discrimination against Christians who dare question the status quo increases. And when Christianity is removed from education or any part of our culture, other religions and lies are welcomed and promoted to our children.
Christian Concerns, Comments, and Questions
Pastors and elders are called to be strong, loving, spiritually mature men that guard and protect the flock of Jesus Christ assigned to them. They are to stand and fight against disguised wolves that bring false doctrines into the church, guarding the people Jesus has entrusted to them. But a growing number of Christians are seeing that biblical job description morphing into something completely different, where some pastors are corporate leaders and CEOs instead of teachers, nurturers and protectors. This is one of the subjects on the minds of our listeners in today’s Q&A podcast.
The Religion of Socialism
Make no mistake, socialism is not the end game, but merely the means by which a people enslave themselves and worship government instead of God. Socialism inevitably leads to godless Communism. It is every bit the false religion that Islam is, setting us up to follow and worship Anti-Christ when he appears on the scene. With a growing number of Americans approving of Socialism, Democrats selling out to it, and a church that stands neutral in the battle, America is possibly on the brink of leading the world to the feet of Anti-Christ when he presents himself as “savior” with solutions to the world’s problems. The amazing thing about those who desire Communism is how they ignore history and the facts; it has always destroyed nations and economies that have enacted it, and the very system socialists claim will free us, instead enslaves us. Our nation is going through it’s Romans 1 moment in which God has turned us over to a debased mind to believe lies and act with unrestrained evil.Julaine Appling of Wisconsin Family Council joins us in our first segment to discuss the importance of knowing what and who you are voting for, and the increasing pressure being put on Christians to conform to this world.
Persecution is Coming Soon to American Christians
We are blessed to reconnect with former Mayor of Shiloh, Israel, David Rubin about the pending corruption charges against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, the peculiar timing of these allegations just before an election, and the impact on Israel and the Middle East should Netanyahu lose his re-election bid.President Trump is also preparing to roll out his Middle East Peace Plan, and David shares his thoughts and concerns. David Rubin is also the founder of Shiloh Israel Children’s Fund which helps children heal from the trauma of terrorism. In our second segment today, we look at Step 2 of the 5 Step Plan to bring persecution upon disciples of Jesus Christ in America. We covered step 1 on Monday: creating doubt about the Bible’s truth, has already been successfully implemented in a growing number of churches. Step 2: Preaching human unity over biblical truth in churches.
A Clear Choice for Christians
The most difficult decisions in life come when there is ambiguity and confusion and we are not quite sure of the effects of our beliefs and decisions. Satan thrives in this world of confusion, convincing us something might be good when in reality it is dangerous or evil. But when direction, intent and consequences become clear we are able to move forward and make correct decisions in life.America has become increasingly confused morally and spiritually over the past 50 years. And as a result a growing number of professing Christian Churches and Christians themselves have become confused on issues that God is clear about in His Word. This morning we discuss what the next presidential election will really be about: Should the U.S. remain a sovereign nation or become the leader in the growing globalist movement that leads to Anti-Christ coming on the scene with his “solutions” to our problems? Now the Bible tells us it is inevitable that Anti-Christ will rise to power and be given great authority, so it’s really a matter of if the U.S. supports or opposes his agenda…the same question the professing Christian Church in America faces.Pastor and best-selling Author Carl Gallups has studied the bible’s prophecies and this inevitable march toward globalism at length and joins us to discuss the challenge before us as believers.
