The Allure and Danger of Socialism
Studies show a majority of younger people now approve of socialism, and one reason is the public education and liberal media portray it as something good. How else do you explain its modern popularity? Instead of the human utopia it is presented as, it is actually godless government control leading to communism. Socialism is used to imprison the very people who call for it, and force worship of government above God. Curtis Bowers has produced eye-opening, award winning documentaries on how socialism and “social justice” have even crept into the philosophies of the American church. He joins Mike and David in segment 2. In our first segment, Julaine Appling of Wisconsin Family Council joins us to look at the recent Wisconsin Supreme Court election and its possible impact on abortion and religious freedom.
IPhones, Education Leading Causes of Youth Depression
Few Christian and conservative media outlets have been warning about this for years. Young people today are more anxious and depressed – some even suicidal – than any other generation in our history. The studies and statistics do not lie, so now is it finally time to confront these issues head-on? Maybe.We have known for decades that godless agendas have been infesting public schools across America including Atheism, Humanism, socialism, and LGBT indoctrination. But what is affecting children the most when it comes to depression and mental health, these agendas or their i Phones, friends, and social media? We believe it is all of these, and other factors.Today we discuss the ongoing moral decline in culture due to the massive influence of Hollywood, government schools, media, and technology. The main culprit being within a child and parent’s control: use of iPhones and social meda. We share a shocking study of how depression and suicidal thoughts among young people is off the charts as our education system continues confusing them about life, morality, gender, and sexuality.
Finding Hope in a Hopeless World
The “god” of this world, Satan, will do anything he can to take our eyes off of God and think we can find lasting joy and peace in the things of this world. God tells us that not only is that futile, but that the things of this world will actually lead us to hopelessness and even despair when we trust in them to find meaning and happiness. Yet we continually try to find purpose, meaning and happiness in wealth, pleasure or entertainment. This morning Dave Wager joins Mike LeMay and Crash Connell to discuss the futility of pursuing happiness and meaning in the things of this world. We look at the life of Solomon who pursued happiness through intellect, wealth and pleasure only to discover the futility of seeking anything but God.
What’s in a Name? Don’t be Fooled by the ‘Equality’ Act
Words matter, and the left knows exactly how to use positive-sounding terminology to push their godless agendas. They title their bills with words such as fairness, justice, progress, nondiscrimination, and in this case, “equality.” God is just, fair, and holy; but His law and truth is fixed, and He is no respecter of persons.

Media Refuses to Report on Christians Being Slaughtered
The media did their job by reporting on the horrific mosque attack in New Zealand last week where fifty were killed, but the ongoing mass slaughter of Christians does not fit the liberal media narrative. Persecution is at record levels – but we’d never know it. And thank God if you live in America where religious freedoms are still a protected right – for now. Pray for our brothers and sisters in Christ being persecuted around the world.

Pyrite Christianity in America
Pyrite is a mineral made up primarily of iron that looks like gold, thus it’s nickname of “fool’s gold.” It looks like valuable gold but in reality, it is generally useless and of little to no value.
As America continues celebrating godlessness and too many members of churches fail to look significantly different than the secular culture taking over this nation. A growing number of churches and professing Christians are holding “fool’s gold” thinking it will save them when they stand before Jesus Christ as judge, only to find out what they hold is useless and even abhorrent before our Lord and Savior.
Elijah Abraham is a former Muslim and now born-again believer who travels around the world proclaiming the gospel, teaching pastors, and equipping believers who face constant threats of persecution. He shares insights about what he has witnessed with believers here in America compared to churches in countries where persecution is often a way of life. Elijah points out the lack of maturity, discipleship, and sound doctrine in too many American churches.

In our final segment today we look at the increasing evil and godlessness of our world, our nation, and how Christians must stand out as light and salt. Jesus said the greatest commandment is that we love the Lord our God with all our heart, soul, and mind. The second is that we love our neighbor as we love ourselves. Biblical Christianity is all about relationships in a world that is broken, decimated by sin, and needs to be reconciled to God.
How do we as disciples of Jesus Christ develop truthful, loving relationships with other believers as well as those still imprisoned in darkness? Pastor Randy White joins Mike and David to discuss relationships according to the Bible.
Francis Chan: Discerning or Guilty by Association?
The Bible is clear that there will be many false teachers leading people astray in the final years, and many professing Christians will be part of this final apostasy. It also tells us we should avoid anyone who teaches a gospel contrary to the Bible’s teaching. But Paul also tells us to bear with one another as believers; standing up for truth, but also not allowing insignificant divisions to cause problems. The problem is that we are not always clear about what is a significant or insignificant division within Christianity.Francis Chan has been on a very interesting journey over the past few years. In their zeal to develop more and more “protected classes” of people, they eventually run into a contradiction they cannot reconcile with their attempts to make everyone feel like a victim. A Difficult Conundrum for Biblical Christians
Christians are in the world but not to be of the world. We are commanded to love all people, even those who are enemies of God. But we are also called to obey God and not man when those are in contradiction. Congress is preparing to pass national anti-discrimination laws mandating that transgenders be given civil rights protections in hiring and services acquired from businesses. This morning, we look at a new survey that shows a majority of professing Christians agree with this proposal.

Mission, Vision Statements and Doctrine

Our Identity as Disciples of Jesus
In Colossians 3:3-4 Paul says “For you have died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God. When Christ, who is your life appears, then you will appear with him in glory”. The Abyss of Public Education
God’s Word tells parents to raise their children by teaching them His Word. Believe it or not, the government-run education system in our nation actually started off using God’s Word as a foundation for teaching children about life. But over the past 50 – 75 years it has declined and shifted dramatically, focused now on raising them to be good “global citizens,” and be politically-correct and support the liberal worldview. Public schools today have an anti-Christian agenda, having completely set aside the Bible and Christian worldview.Mike and David look at how all evidence points to the fact the public education system has now become an enemy of God, and how parents can counter its destructive effects on our children. We discuss the Marxist agenda (Antonio Gramsci) and the steady, progressive march through America’s major institutions – starting with academia. Christian Concerns, Comments, and Questions
Pastors and elders are called to be strong, loving, spiritually mature men that guard and protect the flock of Jesus Christ assigned to them. They are to stand and fight against disguised wolves that bring false doctrines into the church, guarding the people Jesus has entrusted to them. But a growing number of Christians are seeing that biblical job description morphing into something completely different, where some pastors are corporate leaders and CEOs instead of teachers, nurturers and protectors. This is one of the subjects on the minds of our listeners in today’s Q&A podcast.
The Religion of Socialism

Indoctrination: ‘Coexist’ With Lies and False Teachings?
Government education in America kicked God, prayer, the Bible, and the Ten Commandments out of public schools over fifty years ago leaving a massive spiritual void. The doors were then flung open to Atheism, evolution, Humanism, witchcraft, Islam, Liberalism, sexual promiscuity, the LGBTQ agenda, and recently, Buddhism.
All the religions in the world cannot possibly be true, but in a secular culture influenced by postmodernism, people don’t want to hear there is only one way to God. But if you’re sincerely seeking truth, I suggest you take a look at Jesus before trying everything else. But many people prefer the coexist philosophy even though world religions contradict each other. The coexist slogan was actually created to oppose Christianity, and demand that we keep our beliefs to ourselves. Public schools follow this philosophy and insist we conform and tolerate all behavior as well as other religious claims.
Persecution is Coming Soon to American Christians
We are blessed to reconnect with former Mayor of Shiloh, Israel, David Rubin about the pending corruption charges against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, the peculiar timing of these allegations just before an election, and the impact on Israel and the Middle East should Netanyahu lose his re-election bid.President Trump is also preparing to roll out his Middle East Peace Plan, and David shares his thoughts and concerns. A Clear Choice for Christians
The most difficult decisions in life come when there is ambiguity and confusion and we are not quite sure of the effects of our beliefs and decisions.
